I changed my mind, can I request a refund?
We offer a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you can disable automatic billing. After 7 days, the subscription fee will be charged, and no refunds will be provided once the charge has been made.
What types of emails can Heybox support sending?
We support sending transactional emails and customer service emails. If we receive a large number of unsubscribes and complaints about you, we will suspend your account and no refunds will be issued.
Can marketing emails be sent?
We do not recommend using Heybox to send marketing emails. If we receive a large number of unsubscribes and complaints about you, we will suspend your account and no refunds will be issued.
Does it support sending emails via SMTP?
We do not support it. Currently, we only support sending emails via API and webmail.
